Job Description

JPI is seeking a Recruiting Analyst with 1-3 years of professional experience to support the full life cycle recruitment of qualified candidates. This position will primarily support the JPI Recruiting Team in their efforts to identify and attract talented individuals to fill specific hiring needs but will also provide support to various project teams or internal JPI functions as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Staffing and Recruiting (65%)

  • Consults with managers to discuss requisition details, make advertising recommendations, advise about candidate market availability, determine requisition period, and interview availability
  • Conducts proactive searches for candidates using cold call, referral, networking, and job board databases
  • Attends job fairs
  • Posts requisitions on advertising sources and JPI Careers Page
  • Screens applicants resulting from requisition postings and/or sourcing efforts
  • Collects and provides notes, documentation, and recommendations for candidates to managers
  • Updates ATS/Sharepoint with relevant candidate data and notes
  • Provides Follow up with Candidates and Managers after process completion
  • Manages listserv database of applicants
  • Conducts reference checks
  • Works with administrative assistants, managers, and recruiters to schedule interviews
  • Researches new trends in hiring patterns, social media, and advertising sources
  • Records and tracks metrics and data about sources of applicants, interviews, and hires as they pertain to advertisements and recruiting
  • Records and tracks metrics and data about time to fill
