Job Description

FoxGuard Solutions has a great opportunity for a nuclear industry expert! We are seeking a Nuclear, Senior Product Manager to own and define a strong nuclear  industry strategy to support the organization’s growth plan in collaboration with our parent company, Framatome, Inc. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical, program/project management, cybersecurity background with a customer centric approach. A confident industry leader is a necessity to collaboratively work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders in both start-ups and mature business environments. FoxGuard Solutions is excited about its future, and adding a Nuclear, Senior Product Manager with big ideas and a flexible attitude will help grow the company even faster!  

What you will be doing ….

Manage the company’s strategic, sales, marketing and business development activities for products, services, and customers for the nuclear market product line. Develop new and existing product line offerings to meet commercial, computing, cybersecurity and compliance requirements of target customers and markets including product strategy and definition, product roadmaps, pricing, part number structure, product documentation, and marketing collateral.

  • Serve as the primary interface for assigned products, services, and clients for the nuclear market
  • Responsible for obtaining committed Product Line/portfolio revenue, operating income, and/or order intake goals annually
  • Develop, implement, and collaborate on sales and marketing strategies related to the nuclear industry
  • Forecast operating costs and revenue as input to leadership in preparation of the fiscal budget
  • Represent the organization during customer presentations as well as the negotiation process for contract scope and conditions
  • Propose product applications and solutions to ensure product and service deliveries meet customer requirements
  • Perform opportunity identification, tracking and proposal processes and recommends process change
  • Professionally maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Develop economic scenarios to help top management challenge and validate key business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key business players to develop a level of competencies and performances in line with customer requirements
  • Manage estimates and facilitates contract amendments to track and meet the targeted level of profit margin
  • Collaborate with necessary internal stakeholders to support the product roadmap, competitiveness, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Responsible for staying up to date on security standards and compliance requirements relevant to target customers and markets

What you will bring to the table…

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) with a technical focus (i.e. cybersecurity, nuclear engineering) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the nuclear and/or cybersecurity industry
  • A minimum of 10 years’ progressive leadership experience with the ability to open new markets and opportunities at senior executive levels
  • A minimum of 5 years’ complex project management experience
  • Requires compliance knowledge related to NEI 08-09, RG 5.71
  • Knowledgeable of trends within the Energy industry and/or highly regulated environments, such as accrediting bodies and government entities
  • Ability to manage and develop product solution offerings with emphasis on cyber security and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to engage and successfully influence industry leaders, corporate executives, and industry peers
  • A high sense of urgency, capability to execute on vision and drive results in competitive environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Certifications – PMP, CISSP, CISA, GICSP, Alternate cybersecurity certifications or equivalent OTJ experience
  • Market knowledge of electric utilities and other critical infrastructure markets
  • Cyber Security, IT, Industrial Computing and/or software development experience
  • Industry influencer through presentations, papers, or research
  • Multiple critical infrastructure industry insights
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Sales, Marketing, and P&L experience
  • Project management experience
  • Published papers, nuclear cyber assessments
