Job Description

Our Need:
As we grow, we are in search of a job candidate to help ensure our customers both new and old have a positive and successful ongoing experience with our products and services.

Your Role:
Customer Service: Field inbound customer service calls and emails. You will take the appropriate action to ensure customers issues are resolved and they walk away with a smile.

Onboarding new customers: Assist new customers as they get up running with their Card Isle system with as little pain as possible. Ensure that new customers have all the resources they need to be successful.

Account Management: Monitor hardware and inventory to ensure customers are enjoying and using their Card Isle system.

Qualifications:
Communicates with purpose: You will be the voice of Card Isle whether fielding a call from an inbound lead or answering an email from an existing customer. In the same day your voice will guide excited new customers to a sale and help a concerned customer troubleshoot a technical issue.

Can wear many hats: Card Isle is a start-up. We each have critical roles in the company; some defined, some not so much. Our goal is to build a successful business and that takes focus; but also the ability to quickly change, constantly re-evaluate, and a self-belief that anything worth doing can be leaned.

Driven to help others succeed: A qualified candidate must be able to enjoy working  to solve the problems of others. Going above and beyond to make a customers experience isn't a motto but an expectation.

Experienced in customer service: This is not a requirement but certainly a plus.

Comfortable working with technology: This job will include working with and trouble shooting printers, computers and internet connections.
