Job Description

Software Training Specalist

Are you an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer savvy who can engage learners with varying skill levels? As Software Training Specialist you’ll be responsible for providing web-based training and guidance to external customers who need to learn our software web application. You are as comfortable working independently leading an initiative as you are working alongside project team members to guide clients through a successful implementation. Your curiosity, sharp analytical mind and creativity make you a subject matter expert, and you can easily translate that into understandable solutions for customers.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provides training to customers on the use of the system
  • Designs and enhances training materials configuring the application as required to support training scenarios and objectives
  • Understands customer goals and requirements and how to best meet those requirements with our software
  • Collaborates with customers and teammates to define business requirements and desired application needs to deliver an effective solution
  • Assumes ownership for the customer experience during implementation, building strong and lasting relationships with the client
  • Supports the management and maintenance of the daily production of current systems
  • Provides business application training and support to developers as needed
  • Produces and updates knowledge base articles, instructions and help topics
