Job Summary: Direct all aspects of curriculum development and strategy including product development and revision, research, course accreditation, as well as development and implementation of related curriculum and product strategies. Manage team of designers, writers, learning technologists to achieve department goals and ensure integrity and quality of all content. Ensure facilitation of product and curriculum development goals to align with the Institute’s strategic plans. Develop, implement and integrate business goals within practice area in alignment with corporate strategy.
Minimum Education Required:
BA/BS in education, training and development, instructional design or related field; MA/MS in instructional design or related field strongly preferred
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
4+ years of work-related experience in curriculum/training/instructional design or product development; 2+ years of management experience preferred.
