Our awesome success team is a key differentiator for our product and highly regarded by our customers. As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the first to answer the questions of our customers and active prospects.
This is a full-time Entry Level Position where we'll be training you on SQL, support tools and practices, and you'll also be learning about BI and its role in our customers' businesses.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Be the face of Chartio to our many customers
Respond to customer queries about SQL, analytics, data source connections, account details, payments, etc.
Escalate in-depth technical questions to Tier II and III teammates
Work together with customers, in person and through video calls for troubleshooting and training
Build out content for our internal Support Center
Advocate for customers and represent their needs to product
BA/BS or 1-2 years in a customer facing role
Strong analytical skills
Solid verbal and written communication
Creative problem solving skills
Excel Proficiency (Vlookup), SQL Knowledge a huge plus but not required
Continuously looking to learn and evolve
Passion for the tech industry, especially data/BI
