Job Description

The Cyber Range supports high schools and colleges across the country with infrastructure and other resources to support cybersecurity education. We are looking for a motivated customer relations professional to engage with existing and future cyber range customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Primary responsibilities will include communicating with potential customers to provide details on our service portfolio, onboarding new customers, and assisting with outreach to cyber range users and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quickly responding to incoming questions and service requests, as well as assisting with, and in some cases leading, outreach and business development initiatives. Candidates must have the ability to communicate and interact within distributed teams, demonstrate a strong work ethic and organization skills, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly to changing environments.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient using common office productivity software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite
-Experience in providing high quality customer service
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Experience working efficiently without close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience using ServiceNow or similar Customer Service Management software
-Experience using Banner or other invoicing software
-Experience in negotiating software agreements
-Comfortable working with information technology systems
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume incidents environment
-Experience with competitive formal and informal purchasing processes
-Experience with contract management system(s) such as Cobblestone
-Experience with contract administration and associated responsibilities
