Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Account Strategies for the Eastern region will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand BIOHM Health's market presence in this territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key partners and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will be based in New York, New Jersey, Florida, or Virginia and must be willing to travel extensively within the region. This position is largely remote, with travel to customers as needed. The role will report to the VP of B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets within the Eastern region.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, clients, and stakeholders in the region.

· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends within the territory.

· Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations in the region, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting.

· Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with potential and existing partners to secure profitable agreements.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

· Customer Focus: Ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met through effective communication and product offerings.

· Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern region to meet with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the biotechnology or health industry. Experience with Branded Ingredients is a requirement.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills:

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

o Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.

o Strong communication and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Knowledge: Understanding of the biotechnology industry and microbiome science is a plus.

· Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern region.
