Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits 
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, testing, and training tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Use manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software repairs on all machines
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • When not in the field, provide above services for in-house MELD machines.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven Field Service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules, and travel
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
