Job Description
The HR Systems Coordinator is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the HR Applications suite to support the employee life cycle. As the primary coordinator, this position resolves operational and functional issues by working closely with the applicable systems vendor, corporate support team, the enterprise systems HR team, and other resources to ensure issues are resolved expeditiously and satisfactorily.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Experience in a help desk, call center, or service center setting providing issue identification and resolution to users.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with all individuals in a diverse, multicultural environment while remaining calm in stressful situations
• Ability to exercise excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative

Preferred Qualifications
• Incident Management System support experience
• Onboarding compliance management system support experience
• HRIS support experience
• Applicant Tracking System Support experience
• Experience working in a Higher Education environment
