Founded in 1999, our customers include turbomachinery manufacturers, US DoD, turbomachinery operators, universities, Government labs, and related test and services providers.
Job Description We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager in our Blacksburg office.  The Office Manager oversees administrative operations of the business and is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, provides accounting assistance, oversees the office and facilities, and performs purchasing, shipping and receiving.  
Duties include:
  • Maintaining business records and generating business reports
  • General office functions such as visitor reception, answering phones, working with vendors
  • Office and facilities management, oversight of housekeeping and office equipment
  • Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping 
  • HR/Benefits Management
  • Assist w/ meetings, travel arrangements, special functions and event planning
  • QuickBooks data entry and assisting accounting/finance as needed
The successful candidate is reliable, comfortable using computers, enjoys working in fast-paced multi-tasking environment, is self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and has good communication and organizational skills.  MSWord and MSExcel experience required and QuickBooks experience is a significant plus.
