THE ROLE: To provide excellent customer service to clients, agents and insurance company staff. Your day will be fast-paced, interesting, varied and you will learn something new each day. You will be at a computer with three screens working with multiple computer programs simultaenously. Work will include:· Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction· Marketing & placement of renewal accounts as appropriate· Achieving agency goals through proactive maintenance of accounts including providing extraordinary client service
SKILL SET: The ideal candidate will be able to think on his/her feet, problem solve, utilize public information on the internet, successfully navigate Microsoft Office and online quoting programs, manage documents and mail, prioritize and work within the agency database all with a smile on your face. A college degree is preferred but we will gladly talk to anyone who wishes to pursue a career in customer service and account management. We look for excellent time management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. The right fit will be a person who is self-motivated and looking to grow.This is a career position. We will train and develop the right person and provide opportunities for education and growth. We want someone team-oriented that is a can-do person. We have a small office with lots of activity and interruptions.
