Due to recent growth, we are in search of a new team member who can help ensure that our customers have a positive and successful experience with our products and services. This job will be for our evening (11am-8pm) and Saturday customer support hours. This job may be full or part-time, depending on the candidate.
Customer Service: Field inbound customer service calls/emails and take the appropriate action to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
Onboarding New Customers: Assist new customers as they get set-up with their Card Isle system. Ensure that new customers have all the resources they need to be successful.
Account Management: Monitor and ship inventory to ensure customers are enjoying and actively using their Card Isle system.
Communicates With Purpose: You will be the voice of Card Isle, whether fielding a call from an inbound lead or answering an email from an existing customer. In the same day your voice will guide excited new customers to a sale and help a concerned customer troubleshoot a technical issue.
Can Wear Many Hats: Card Isle is a start-up. We each have critical roles in the company: some defined, some not so much. Our goal is to build a successful business and that takes focus, but also the ability to quickly change, constantly re-evaluate, and a self-belief that anything worth doing can be learned.

Experienced In Customer Service: This is not a requirement, but certainly a plus.
Comfortable Working With Technology: This job will include working with and troubleshooting printers, computers, and internet connectivity.

Hire will work from our office in Blacksburg, VA.
This job may occasionally involve lifting up to 35 lbs.
