Qualtrax is looking for an energetic, creative and organized Sales Operations Administrator who’s excited to work for a growing technology company. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for customer renewal contracts, data integrity of accounts within Salesforce (CRM), state and federal registrations, as well as Accounts Receivable management. The position will also require assisting the Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams with various tasks, including event management. The Sales Operations Specialist must have a passion for assisting others so everyone can achieve their goals.
Our ideal candidate will have superb communication and organizational skills, be highly detail oriented and have a passion for learning the ins and outs of not only our products and services, but also the extensive list of tools we use internally. This position will require the demonstration of independent decision making and time management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see the results of their efforts.
