Job Description Position Summary:
Advocate DevOps culture to help facilitate standards a cross teams for development, security, infrastructure including CI/CD forethought. Foster and cultivate best practices for software development while helping to troubleshoot system issues.  Maintain and build self-service architecture for the entire
company to increase productivity.
 
Corvesta App Stack:
  1. Ubuntu
  2. Ansible
  3. Hashi Suite – Terraform, Consul, Vault, Vagrant, Packer, Nomad
  4. ELK
  5. AWS – VPC, Lambda, EC2, ECS, AMI, S3, Route 53
  6. Bitbucket/Git
  7. Concourse CI – Bosh Deployments
  8. PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Position Requirements – Day to Day Tasks:
  • Develop, improve, maintain and trouble shoot the Corvesta App Stack
  • Document infrastructure, process and standards
  • Help, train and empower other Corvesta Engineers in the DevOps ways
  • On Call rotation to have seven 9’s uptime
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 1-2 Years DevOps Experience
  • 1+ Years’ Experience in Knowing and Using Corvesta App Stack
  • Agile/SCRUM experience is a plus
  • Development background with one or more languages is required. (Bash, C++, C#, Python, GO, Ruby).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to iterate in solving a problem.
  • Ability to learn, plan and strategize in an open source setting.
Nice to Have
  • Any DevOps Certification
