We balance planning and designing with implementation and operations, consolidating the network components to optimize the server and application speeds, increase workload, and tighten security, enhancing the return on investments. We monitor around the clock, systematically analyzing all essential components at all times, satisfying compliance standards, and reducing threats to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all processes and information.
The SharePoint Administrator role will be part of a strategically important area of our business. The candidate should have a background with SharePoint, Office 365 cloud services, and other Microsoft frameworks. Responsibilities will include platform migrations to SharePoint and implementation of major initiatives including enterprise search, data content classification, app catalog management, Office 365 Groups, and extending the SharePoint User Profile.
Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.
Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices and systems.
Directs overall system level testing. Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Troubleshoots user and platform issues and provides root cause analysis to team upon request
Provides basic user and platform administration tasks according to requirements and documents work within the ticketing system
5+ years of hands on SharePoint 2010/2013 or 2016 farm administration in an on-premise, cloud/cloud hybrid, or O365 Environment
Experience with search configuration and My Sites
Experience with Nintex workflow creation and administration a must; experience with MS Flow a plus.
Experience with high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure design and implementation in a multi-farm shared services SharePoint environment.
Working knowledge of following related technologies: PowerShell, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancing and Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills and experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively between organizations at all levels.
Ability to work on a team as well as independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
Recent experience in Network Operations or infrastructure operations
Proficiency in the following is a plus: Social Collaboration platforms, Exchange/Lync Integration, mobile integration, performance tuning, SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint On Line/Office 365 integration.
Experience with agile software development and legacy system transformation
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
