About the Role:
Performs Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) research and analysis to support the achievement of Torc Mission, Vision and Values. Provides market pricing and titling recommendations for new positions; conducts job re-evaluations of existing jobs to ensure market consistency; provides wage recommendations; partners with other members of Total Rewards/HR team on operational and project-related activities. Prepares reports, white papers, presentations, position organizational charts, and related materials. Provides analytical and operational support to Benefits Manager.
**This role is open to remote/home office support, with occasional travel to Blacksburg.**
