Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Information Technology Financial Analyst (ITFA) position is a key client-facing role in a dynamic industry that is, among other things, responsible for:

  • Serving as the lead business resource on multiple simultaneous customer implementations of our IT financial management products
  • Working with customers to gather custom business and technical requirements and translating them into a functional design that will meet those needs
  • Developing design solutions in our software and communicating with Implementation Analysts and/or Development team to satisfy the business requirements
  • Building customer business functionality in our software (i.e. configuration of processes, tables, etc.)
  • Managing the testing and documenting of underlying data models, processes, and reports to meet functional design and specifications
  • Leading Training Sessions and participating in workshops that guide our clients through the implementation process
  • Working with the Center of Excellence (CoE) team to document client feedback and potential product enhancements
  • Managing the development and delivery of customized training materials for client implementations


  • 4+ years of experience in building complex data/financial models
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong to expert Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • High degree of accountability
  • Willingness to travel (10%-20%)
  • Ambitious, motivated self-starter
  • Team player with demonstrated positive, “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm in working toward team and individual goals
