Job Description We need an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR or Office Manager in LYNCHBURG, VA!
The Office Administrator is responsible for supervising administrative staff, providing administrative support of office operations, and maintaining office productivity.
 
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  •   Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; and assigning and monitoring administrative functions
  •   Take care of building basic maintenance, supplies, dealing with service vendors, etc.
  •   Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
  • Manages billings.
  • Coordinates schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinates office outings and social gatherings.
  •   Assists Human Resources professionals with recruiting, hiring, orienting, onboarding, training, along with acting as a link between employees and the HR Department when any problems or questions arise.
Position Requirements
  •   High School Diploma (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  •   5+ years of managerial experience.
  •   Good knowledge of clerical and administrative practices and procedures.
  •   Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  •   Strong Microsoft Office, office software, and other computer skills.
