Job Description Ozmo is seeking a self-motivated, technologically-proficient Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be focused on a variety of duties ranging from office administration to event planning. You will report directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work across multiple departments to keep our Ozmonauts happy and supported.

  • Manage the front desk including greeting visitors, routing company calls and signing for packages
  • Propose and manage a budget for office and team expenses
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements to planned budget
  • Plan, coordinate and execute company events for employee engagement and morale
  • Maintain inventory, unload deliveries and order kitchen and office supplies
  • Spearhead the annual customer holiday gift program in support of our customer success and accounts teams
  • Create and execute various office and administrative plans with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain office space and manage facilities requests
  • Coordinate and book both domestic and international travel
  • Execute ad-hoc requests such as shipping packages, ordering lunch for working meetings, and running various office errands
Requirements and qualifications
  • Achieved or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Amazing customer service
  • ​Demonstrated event planning experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Adeptness at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
  • Experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency with G Suite or Microsoft Office Online preferred
This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Blacksburg, VA.
