Job Description Radford University invites applications for the position of Lead Application Analyst in the Division of Information Technology. The Lead Applications Analyst provides senior level expertise in developing complex software applications involving new technologies, methods, concepts, or approaches. Conducts Business Process Analysis for business process improvement. Independently solves conventional programming problems. Acts as technical/team leader on complex projects. Required Qualifications: Knowledge of programming, debugging, analysis of automated processes, systems development principles and industry best practices. Proficient with SQL, PL/SQL and some combination of the following: Linux, C, C++, Java, Javascript or similar languages. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated excellence in customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Preference given for experience with Ellucian Banner software products, Oracle DBMS and tools, web application development, and Cognos or similar reporting tools.
