Our main line of products consists of multi-hole probes that measure flow velocity in gas and liquid media. Researchers and engineers will find probes appropriate for any application including turbulence characteristics, reversed flow and, and high temperatures. Aeroprobe’s technology portfolio includes a novel additive friction stir process.
Job Description

Aeroprobe Corporation is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician. In this position, you will assemble, test, and calibrate air data systems relevant to the aerospace industry.


  • Assemble electronic systems according to engineering instructions and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems as needed.
  • Perform system testing to evaluate performance and functionality.
  • Build cable assemblies that include crimp and/or solder-cup style connectors.
  • Maintain inventory control of electronic components.
  • Maintain documentation of acceptance and component traceability.
  • Install and maintain calibration of electronic measurement equipment.
  • Coordinate with management to determine deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve system performance and/or production processes.


  • Capable of working from schematics, diagrams, written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Qualified to perform soldering of components (through-hole and SMT) on circuit card assemblies.
  • Electronic troubleshooting experience for serial and Ethernet data communication interfaces.
  • Board level electronic troubleshooting experience (component level).
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management Systems.
  • Associate’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related technical discipline with at least 3 years of technical work experience. An equivalent combination of education, technical training and/or work experience may be considered.
  • Some programming experience a plus.
