The Montgomery County General Services Department is seeking an Operations Manager .  This position will perform complex, high-level professional and administrative work overseeing the operational functions of the department.  The position will demonstrate extensive knowledge of the practical, regulatory, and operational aspects in the areas of facilities and grounds maintenance, workplace safety and risk management, and fleet management services.  Fleet management will include oversight and supervision of the garage operations.
