Working within an agile team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to rapidly design, build, and validate solutions that drive measurable outcomes and make a real impact on users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Present and advocate for design solutions to client stakeholders, clearly articulating the "why" behind your recommendations based on research and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, validate designs, and uncover new opportunities, with a keen focus on the healthcare context.
  • Collaborate and consult daily with agile teams (Project Managers, Engineers) to ensure designs are technically feasible, implemented to specification, and strategically aligned with client goals.
  • Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and stakeholder input.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design decisions and strategy.

What We’re Looking for:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, interaction/visual design, and design thinking.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, which must include:
    • Designing and prototyping cross-platform interfaces using tools like Figma.
    • Working directly within agile delivery teams and advising client stakeholders on design decisions.
  • Proven experience with the full design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to hi-fidelity mockups and usability testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, or another complex, regulated industry; previous experience in a design consulting or agency environment is also highly valued.
