Position Summary:
The MELD Operator and Instructor is responsible for delivering operator training programs while also supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MELD manufacturing equipment and processes. This role serves as both a technical instructor and hands-on machine operator, ensuring customers and internal personnel are trained effectively while maintaining machine readiness and supporting manufacturing and process development activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Training and Instruction
Conducting basic training programs for new operators including safety procedures, equipment operation and maintenance, material-specific processes, quality control, and related subjects
Product manuals
Technical specifications
User guides
Installation and operating instructions
Conducting advanced training for specific alloys for experienced operators.
