The City of Roanoke is seeking an Application Division Manager with responsibilities for driving the strategic direction, implementation, and management of technology solutions supporting organizational business processes. Oversees planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications to ensure seamless operations, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. Leads a team of professionals, liaisons between IT and business units, and manages the full software lifecycle for enterprise applications. Contributes to strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in selection, design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, vendor relationship management, customer engagement, and technical staff supervision.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises IT Managers. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, managing performance, and resolving personnel issues.
