Position Summary:
MELD Manufacturing is growing and seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex MELD Machines that utilize the latest technologies. As a rapidly expanding small business, we value team players who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to our ongoing success.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Install and commission MELD AFSD machines at customer sites.
Perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), including operating CNC-based systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Provide on-site customer support and basic operator training.
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Work closely with engineering to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
