Position Summary:
MELD Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to support both existing customers and new business development efforts. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, and business development teams by driving customer engagement, qualifying leads, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Customer Support (Existing Customer Sales)
Serve as the primary inside sales contact for current MELD machine customers
Identify and pursue opportunities for additional sales (e.g., parts, upgrades, services)
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
